Return and Warranty Policy - All unchalked cues and unused products qualify for a full refund or replacement. Before chalking your cue, please inspect and roll your cue for warping. Warping once a cue has been chalked is not considered a defect. Damaged or defective items are covered under the manufacture's warranty and vary from company to company.
